The members of The Eye Captain had so much fun playing a one-off show covering Pink Floyd’s classic odyssey Wish You Were Here, that they decided to keep playing together, but with their own material and slant.

This turned into The Eye Captain, who are putting the finishing touches on a 40 minute suite Jane and Milo in the Afterglow, as well as some more bite sized songs, including their debut video Vanessa.

The live debut at the Burren on 4/1 will feature the band: Andrew Jones, Phil Aiken, Ken Rothman, Eric Donahue, and David Lieb. For this performance guest vocalists Chris Cote, Jen Kearney, and Scott Janovitz will recreate their parts on the extended suite. Eric Salt will open the show with a solo set.
