Follow The Rainbow To The Burren! With Kristen Ford, Kara Kulpa and Special Guest, Kerr Griffin
Kristen Ford

Based out of Nashville, Tennessee, Kristen Ford plays indie rock which teeters into americana, electronic and pop. Her high energy live show as a one woman looping band has brought her to 48 states and 6 countries. No stranger to the recording studio, she has a slew of songs under her belt, her latest "Travel Songs" released on The Nation of Love Records.

Kristen has shared the stage with such artists as Betty Who, Melissa Ferrick, And the Kids, Seth Glier and performed at such festivals as National Women's Music Festival, Ohio Lesbian Festival, Brooklyn Pride, Mile of Music and Concerts on the Dock.

Solo or leading a rock band, Kristen's live shows are not to be missed, wherever the road shall lead.

She is a songwriter for SESAC and a member of NSAI. As a producer Kristen has worked with Stood with Ghosts, Remy Neal and The Blu Janes.

Kara Kulpa

Multi-instrumentalist and singer/songwriter, Kara Kulpa, has been a supporting part of the New England music scene since she moved out of the midwest in 2011. After the release of her solo album, The Water’s Edge, she hit the road with fellow singer/songwriter, Kristen Ford, on a 3 month, 90-show national tour and is excited to revamp their duo act for one night only at The Burren! She’s played in 40 of our 50 U.S. States and shared the stage with nationally recognized artists including Rufus Wainwright, Eddie Money, Danny Schmidt and Kris Delmhorst. Locally, she can be seen rockin’ mando and violin for the folk trio, Pesky J. Nixon, or brunching-it-up at The Druid Pub in Cambridge on Sundays.

Special Guest: Kerr Griffin

Kerr Griffin is an Americana crooner, DIY musician, transgender man & music veteran who cut his teeth in the Boston area cover band scene. Sadly, he developed a chronic allergy to sequins and "Superfreak" and had to leave his award winning band. It seemed to be a sign to strike out on his own to write and perform the acoustic music he'd always loved. Since then, Kerr has been cultivating his own brand of acoustic rock.

Hear what others have to say about Kerr Griffin:

"Taking inspiration from classic rock and contemporary singer-songwriters, Kerr Griffin writes from a place full of emotion, pouring out personal truth that resonates with every listener. I’ve seen audiences often wiping their eyes during his sets. Through Kerr’s songs, you have insights into his life and your own as well. " - Dann Russo, musician and host of “Under The Covers with Dann Russo” on WEMF
