Originating from a small town just outside of Boston, The Pointe is a group who blends their deep variety of musical influences into one coherent sound. Formed in the summer of 2020, the band takes its name from the small, quarter-mile wide region of town in which all four members grew up in. Being raised on The Beatles and Led Zeppelin, then finding new interest in artists like Tame Impala and Arctic Monkeys; The Pointe’s sources of inspiration span decades. The group consists of lead vocalist and bassist Brandon McDonald, guitarist Alex Anzuoni, guitarist Mike Norris, and drummer J.C. McGonagle. Each member being a key contributor to the groups songwriting process. The bands self titled album ‘The Pointe’ released in early 2024, and includes each of their previously released singles.
