That gives you a pretty decent idea of how Johnny Dowd’s music works — “slither” and “dare” being the key words. Johnny does both. In the traditions of Waits or Bukowski, he slithers into places most of us don’t imagine or see. They might be back alleys, back porches, or just a bar down the street, but wherever he goes he dares to sing out what he sees. Will you dare to listen?

Driving down that highway of roots-rock, alt-country, midwestern tinged power-pop and classic country influences. Tad Overbaugh's songs fall somewhere between the twang of Steve Earle, the gritty dive bar pop of Twin/Tone Records and chimey, hook-filled songwriting of Tom Petty.

Randy Black Randy Black likes to call his musical genre; “faux crock.” His songs are intelligent, from the heart, and sometimes funny. He has released four CD’s of original songs – one of them solo and three with his current band Randy Black and the Heathcroppers. He welcomes solo gigs where he gets to play tunes he doesn’t play with the band.
